This sign was created the game after it was announced that Canuck fan-favourite, Manny Malhotra, would not be able to complete the season due to a season-ending eye injury. This photograph was featured on the Vancouver Canucks website following the game.

This sign was made during our infamous playoff run in 2011 in the second round when the Canucks faced the Nashville Predators.
Shane O'Brien was coming to town, a player well known during his time on the Canucks for his frequent visits to the Roxy Cabaret nightclub on Granville Street. This sign received the most attention of any of my signs, being included on the twitter page of The Province (Vanouver Newspaper), as well as being tweeted on two occasions (April 1 and August 9, 2012) by Twitter sensation Paul Bissonette (@BizNasty2point0), causing it to be favourited 109 times and retweeted 405 times in total.

This is an article in ESPN: The Magazine which addressed the stigma that revolved around the Roxy Cabaret in Vancouver, BC, as so many players are caught partying at the bar on the evening before/of gamenight. As you can see, the artist included a sketch version of the photograph taken of my Roxy sign.

This was the first sign I ever made, and it was for Alexander Burrows in his break out season.
We had decided to make a sign for a player who had likely never received much attention, and chose Alexander Burrows after his first two seasons with the team resulted in him scoring a combined 15 goals. After this game, Captain Henrik Sedin was featured in a Canucks podcast asking what his favourite sign was, and he indicated that this was his favourite. Burrows went on this season to score a career best 28 goals for the Vancouver Canucks.
